What You Should Bring
  • Extra fleece/wool layer (no cotton) - for under your splash jacket if you get cold
  • Wear dry, comfortable clothes with your bathing suit underneath

  • Towel for after
Everything Else

We will provide everything you need to stay warm and comfortable on the river: wetsuits, river booties, splash jackets, personal floatation devices and helmets (required for select trips, and available or all trips).

We have fleece for you to wear if you get cold easily.

Fresh snacks and cold beverages (Beer, Sodas, Water) will be served after we get off the river.

We had a ball and I would highly recommend EME

We did two rafting trips last week with Elk Mountain and they were brilliant!! Carter took us on the Upper Roaring Fork, he was great fun and taught us a lot about the river (ask him about the albino gophers). We did Slaughterhouse the following week with Curtis, who was incredibly skilled and experienced.
They are a small outfit so the trips feel very personalized and tailored, with beers, chips and photos all included, even during locals week!

Our guide was Curtis and he did a great job bringing the stoke on some amazing Class 4 rapids. The route was a good balance of rapids and moments to rest but didn’t have long stretches of slow sections like I’ve had before on other white water rafting experiences. Before we were even done we were talking about coming back again next summer!
